Arnold Palmer was an American professional golfer, born on September 10, 1929, in Latrobe, Pennsylvania. He is often considered as one of the greatest golfers to have graced the sport. Palmer began his professional career in 1954 and quickly became a dominant force in the golfing world. His charismatic personality and aggressive style of play helped popularize golf and made him a beloved figure among fans.
Palmer won numerous tournaments throughout his career, including seven major championships. He was known for his strong driving, excellent long iron play, and competitiveness.
