Eileen Gu is a Chinese-American professional freestyle skier, born on September 3, 2003, in San Francisco, California. She is widely regarded as one of the greatest freestyle skiers of her generation. Gu began her professional career in the United States before choosing to represent China in 2019, ahead of the 2022 Winter Olympics in Beijing.
Gu is known for her incredible agility, strength, and versatility in skiing disciplines such as halfpipe, slopestyle, and big air events. She has won numerous individual awards and holds several records, making her a dominant force in freestyle skiing at a young age.
