George Weah is a Liberian former professional footballer, born on October 1, 1966, in Monrovia, Liberia. He is widely regarded as one of Africa's greatest footballers of all time. Weah began his professional career with Young Survivors Claratown before moving to Europe, where he played for clubs like Paris Saint-Germain and AC Milan, winning multiple titles, including a Serie A title and the UEFA Champions League.
Weah is known for his incredible speed, strength, goal-scoring ability, and versatility. He has won numerous individual awards, including the prestigious Ballon d'Or, being the first and only African to do so, and holds several records.
