Kadeena Cox is a British parasport athlete, born on March 10, 1991, in Leeds, England. She competes in both T34 athletics and C4 para-cycling and is widely recognized as one of the greatest Paralympians of all time. Cox began her professional career in athletics before being diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2014, which led her to also compete in para-cycling.
Cox is known for her incredible speed, strength, and versatility. She has won numerous individual awards, including gold medals in both athletics and cycling at the Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 Paralympic Games, making her the first British Paralympian to win titles in two sports at the same Games since 1984.
Off the field, Cox is also recognized for her advocacy for disability rights and her influence, inspiring millions worldwide.
