Ragnhild Myklebust is a Norwegian former Paralympic athlete, born on December 30, 1943, in Norway. She is widely regarded as one of the greatest competitors in the history of the Paralympic Games. Myklebust began her professional career in cross-country skiing, but she also competed in biathlon and track and field events. She is known for her incredible strength, endurance, and versatility. She has won numerous individual awards, including 22 Paralympic gold medals, the most by any athlete in Winter Paralympics history.
Off the field, Myklebust is also recognized for her influence, inspiring millions worldwide.
