Sarah Sjöström is a Swedish professional swimmer, born on August 17, 1993, in Salem, Sweden. She is widely regarded as one of the greatest female swimmers of all time. Sjöström began her professional career at a young age and gained international recognition when she won her first Olympic gold medal in Rio 2016.
