Saina Nehwal is an Indian professional badminton player, born on March 17, 1990, in Hisar, Haryana. She is widely regarded as one of the greatest badminton players of all time. Nehwal began her professional career with training at the Pullela Gopichand Badminton Academy before stepping into the international arena in 2005, where she won multiple titles, including a bronze medal at the Olympics.
Nehwal is known for her incredible agility, strength, accurate shots, and versatility. She has won numerous individual awards, including the Rajiv Gandhi Khel Ratna, and holds multiple records, such as being the first Indian to win a medal in Badminton at the Olympics.
